You give so much to others and the community and sporting groups you represent, now it’s time to do something for yourself.
This practical workshop will explore some evidence based practices that can enhance your wellbeing. Learn a bit about what makes these practices so good for you and then have a go and see for yourself. Practices will be tailored to the group and may include mindfulness, appreciation/gratitude, strengths-spotting, and story-sharing. It will be fun and informative!
