Beat the heat: Community conversations

Are you prepared for extreme heatwaves? Would you like to learn handy hints and tips to help you cope better?

Join representatives from the SA State Emergency Services (SES) and Red Cross in a conversation to stay healthy in the heat.

At this session you will gain handy tips on how to keep yourself, the family and others cool and healthy in extreme heatwaves.

You'll be able to share your experiences and chat in a relaxed group with nibbles and a cuppa.

Everyone is welcome to attend however please book to reserve a place.
